Romans 3:23- For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

 

Romans 3:10- As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one.”

 

Romans 3:12- “There is no one who does good, not even one.”

 

Isaiah 64:6- All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags.

 

Romans 6:23- For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

 

Romans 5:8- But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

 

John 3:16- (Jesus)- “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

 

Acts 3:19- Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.

 

Romans 10:9- If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

 

John 5:24- (Jesus)- “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears My word and believes Him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.”

 

1 John 5:13- I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.

 

If you desire to turn from sin and follow and trust in Him as your Lord and Savior, it's important to know what kind of things that hurt God's heart and what kind of life He's calling you to live:

 

Galatians 5:19-21- The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

 

 

If you're ready to surrender to Him, you can pray this from your heart...

 

I admit to God that I'm a sinner. I turn away from my sins and commit myself to follow Jesus and His ways. I believe that Jesus Christ is God. I believe He died on the cross to take the punishment for my sins and was raised back to life. I now receive His forgiveness as I accept Him as my Lord and Savior. His blood washes away all my sins. By faith, I receive His gift of eternal life in Heaven and I now begin my relationship with Him. Thank You, Jesus!
